Today and tomorrow.

Today i consumed under 900 calories - did not count them today but i know its under 900 calories. 
Done a little bit of exercise, so not enough though!! I ate healthily and thats whats important though.

Tomorrows plan: 
Wake up - Weigh myself. 
Have breakfast - a bowl of cereal
Do 30 minutes on the bike 
Lunch - Soup
1 hour on wii EA active. 
Snack - fruit. 
Dinner - soup. 
snack - fruit.

  1. I was your first comment, yey! :D Hope your doing okay. And don't be too hard on yourself. At some point the weight will stand still for a while, but if you just continue working it'll soon show.
