I am doing swimming after the christmas holidays,
i've had forever to lose weight for it, but i haven't.
so i haven't got anyone to blame but myself.
Yesterday i had like 900 calories, so not a complete fail but its
nowhere near good enough if i want to lose a ton of weight for swimming.
I don't want to be the one looking fat in my swimming costume and feeling insecure the
whole time i am there, i want to be comfortable with my body.
