im back on board.

Hey guys, i am actually back on board.
I have eaten okay, so far. i mean its only six o clock...
so im going to stay out of the kitchen so the calorie goodness does not temt me.
I also weight myself today, something i have been putting off for months.
I am 121 pounds.
So its obvious i have put on loads of weight since i started.
I weighed like 109 pounds and now im 121.
I lost control but hopefully im back on it.

Today :/

Breakfast: 1 apple ( 80 )
Lunch: Fudge thing ( 220)
Snack: Pineapple slices ( 86 )
Dinner: Salad, potatoes with chicken ( 400? )
Exercise: 30 minutes cardio exercise.

So its not great but its a start, if i eat less calories at lunch and dinner i'll be goood;)
