Day ten.

Breakfast: Weetobix oat bar ( 67 calories ) 
Snack: fruit ( 100 calories )
Lunch: marks + spencers salad ( 100 calories ) + 2  Diet cokes ( 2 ) 
Exercise : 3o minute walk ( -120 calories. ) 
Snacks:2 packets of  Marks + spencer sweet popcorn  ( 110 calories ) 
Exercise: 15 Minute bike ride ( -115 ) Short run. LOL I AM WEAK. ( -45 ) 
dinner: salad i made. ( 60 calories ) Banana ( 90 ) 
snacks: Popcorn ( 55) Biscuit ( 22 )  popcorn ( 55) 


Total calories = 662
- exercise = 382.

Its ment to be my weigh in day tomorrow, but well im not going to weigh myself as i doubt i will have lost anything.. if anything i have gained a pound, maybe two.  I shall weigh  myself when the time comes. When i feel like i Have to weigh myself. i guess it will be a bit of a mystery game, me guessing how much i have lost by looking at my thighs and belly etc. :) I have found an addiction for Salads and 55 calorie per packet popcorn! Hmm this diet might go well after all..
