Megan Fox.

I think she is one of the hottest women out there so i am gathering all her diet + workout information i can find  and posting it on here! 

Workout
Megan's 30 minutes of cardio that flattens her ab's. She starts of with Butterfly crunches and then front planks, Then she gets down to business with knee-ups and leg swings and then lastly she does 30 - 45 minutes of pilates or cycling. 

Diet 
Megan is careful about her daily meals and eats a healthy breakfast so she does not overeat during the day. Megan loves eggs and almonds as they keep her full throughout the day. Megan also is a fan of vegetables, fruit and lean protein.

Although that is not a recent source of information! Here is.. 

In an recent interview megan declared that she does not actually do much, she does pilates once a week and does not have a special diet. For transformers she was asked to gain weight and she admits she only used to eat one meal a day before putting on weight for the film.
