I feel sick, i have eaten sooo much its unreal i mean i feel as although i could puke puke all day! So instead of just trying to eat under 900 calories and workout i am going to do a sort of ABC diet! Its not really the abc diet as i have changed it a bit because i know ill never be able to fast or live on under 300 calories a day. So all my calories are over 300 calories and under 700 calories. Also i shall only be doing it for twenty-two days not fifty because i dont have a great deal of weigh to lose! I shall hopefully lose over 7 pounds on this diet. I will start tomorrow. I must be honest i am not looking forward to it and i honestly i doubt i can go the whole twenty-two days with out exceeding my given daily amount. Tomorrow i am aloud 500 calories. 
So that not so bad. Heres my plan.

Day one. 
Goal calorie intake: 500. Goal calories burnt: 330 . 
9:00 : Orange ( 40 ) 
11:00 Apple ( 60 ) 
1:00 : Yoghurt ( 40 ) 
3:00: Peach ( 46 ) 
5:00 crisps ( 81 ) 
7:00 Soup ( 85 ) Bread ( 100 ) 
9:00 Peach ( 45 ) Strawberry ( 2 ) 
TOTAL: 500. 
exercise: 30 minute brisk walk ( -130 ) 
               15 minute fast run ( - 200 ) 
TOTAL: 160
