Day Five...

I got up at about 7:20 this morning and weighed myself before breakfast, im still 7 stone 7 thou. Thats Okay though i was not expecting to have lost anything. 
Here is todays progress : 
B: Special k ( 170 ) Bit of an apple ( 20 ) 
L: Special k ( 170 ) fruit ( 45 ) 
S: flake ( 170 ) apples ( 45 ) 
D: one little amount fajita ( 200 ) 
S: yoghurt ( 70 ) cokes ( 4 ) 
E: run/walk ( burnt 120 ) Dancing ( burnt 50 ) = 170.
TOTAL: 899. - 170 = 729. 
Did not realise i had eaten so much today. Was quite shocked. Glad i done some exercise tho. PI burnt more than 170 calories as i was running/walking/ lifting and carrying boxes and heavy bags around as i moved house today :) ! I am going to try not to eat so much tomorrow. Here is tomorrows plan... 
B: special k ( 170 ) 
L: Fruit -  banana + apple. ( 150 ) 
S : Yoghurts ( 70 ) 
D: Something under 300 calories. 
S : a few biscuits ( 66 ) 
E : Not too sure, depends on what i feel like doing.. should burn over 120 calories thou.
