my many goals.

Diet goals. 
Exercise each day for at least 30 minutes but try to do more. 
Drink 2L of water each day. Carry a bottle around with me. 
Consume under 900 calories a day, most days. although dont go over 1,200. 
Dont be a junk food junkie on weekends, but do have one treat e.g mcdonalds.
Dont be greedy, when im full, im full. 

What i want to achieve. 
I would like to weigh 99 pounds. 
I would like to have a thinner body. 
I want to be healthier and have clear skin and healthy hair. 
I want to look good and feel confident.
