Okay!

So today i realised that i have not slapped on moistroiser in weeks! I also noticed that i need to pluck my eye brows and take care of my spotty skin! I have been so involved in 'dieting' when actually my so called diet so far has only made me binge more! That i forgot all about my beauty routine. So Here's what i need to do to get back on track. 
Brush teeth ( obviously ) 
Cleanse, Tone and moistroise face.
Exfoliate Body.
Shave Legs and other areas. 
Pluck and wax eyebrows and any other facial hair.
Paint Nails. 
Apply Fake Tan. 

Okay from tomorrow i shall. 
  • Cleanse, tone and moistroise skin every single day, twice a day. 
  • Exfoliate body once a week 
  • Moistroise body atleast once a day
  • Get in to my bed at 9:30 and read for 30 minutes then turn off light. 
  • Eat a 'good' amount of food and eat healthy! 
  • Exercise every single day according to daily routine. Do extra's if needed.
  • Run/Jog and walk every other day.
  • Take 1 hour a week to Pamper myself silly. 
  • Dont binge. 
  • Be a new me. I shall me Less moody, Fun-er, Quieter, nicer. 
Okay All done. I am excited for tomorrow although i plan to sleep in until ten.
