fuck sake... im a failure to models haha. i dont even try to stay motivated though i expect it to be easy and everything just handed to me. im a lazy dieter. i know when i say 'im going on a diet' it will only last three days, if that. im also a boredom eater. luckily tomorrow i am babysitting, or toddlersitting as you may call it haha. so ill have someone to keep my mind of food, from 12 oclock onwards. I am going to set reasonable goals for my self. i have a sugar craving when i wake up so i will 'have' to have some sugar on my cereal... actually no i will skip the sugar.
Thursday.
Breakfast: Cereal with milk and water.
snack: banana
lunch: A Cheese toastie and flavoured water
S: Fruit salad and diet pepsi(s)
dinner:fruit saalad + flavoured water.
