It was an okay day today, i ate under 1,200 calories. 
After lunch, i at two selero;s at 99 calories each. For dinner i had baked potato and cheese. 
Then i had a irun bru!!! I did not mean too, i thought it was diet. I was wrong, i only realised like when id finished the bottle. So thats was 214 calories to add on. Then i had a packet of crisps at 81 calories. As you can see my calories arent too bad, but my junk food addiction is. We dont have any fruit in the house so junk food is all i have to turn too... haha. 

hopefully do some exercise tomorrrow. 

I havent posted in a while...

Because basically ive been a fat pig bingeing on mcdonalds, fish and chips, cookies and biscuits. I utterly disgust myself. I slept in until lunch today and spent a while getting ready. so i missed breakfast! Thank god. thats a good thing. i not long ago ate lunch, i had two sandwiches and a diet pepsi. That should keep me full until 2:00 - 2:45. Or something. ;)

Fuck sake.

fuck sake... im a failure to models haha. i dont even try to stay motivated though i expect it to be easy and everything just handed to me. im a lazy dieter. i know when i say 'im going on a diet' it will only last three days, if that. im also a boredom eater. luckily tomorrow i am babysitting, or toddlersitting as you may call it haha. so ill have someone to keep my mind of food, from 12 oclock onwards. I am going to set reasonable goals for my self. i have a sugar craving when i wake up so i will 'have' to have some sugar on my cereal... actually no i will skip the sugar.

Thursday. 
Breakfast: Cereal with milk and water. 
snack: banana 
lunch: A Cheese toastie and flavoured water 
S: Fruit salad and diet pepsi(s) 
dinner:fruit saalad  +  flavoured water. 
S: fruit salad;
exercise; walking, lots and lots of walking + running around after a little un:?

I cant be arsed dieting. i really cant. i cant be arsed blogging. 
maybe one day i shall return haha/. 
im just planning on eating a healthy 1,000 - 1,300 calories and  shall exercise more. 
I will eat 3 meals and 3 snacks. i will exercise 30 minutes+ a day. 
I just want an healthy lifestyle. I will weigh myself tomorrow. No doubt ive put two pounds on. 
Or maybe 1 1/2. 

Ive had two of my meals so far - So i have one meal and three snacks left :)

Today and tomorrow.

Today i consumed under 900 calories - did not count them today but i know its under 900 calories. 
Done a little bit of exercise, so not enough though!! I ate healthily and thats whats important though.

Tomorrows plan: 
Wake up - Weigh myself. 
Have breakfast - a bowl of cereal
Do 30 minutes on the bike 
Lunch - Soup
1 hour on wii EA active. 
Snack - fruit. 
Dinner - soup. 
snack - fruit.

todays eating:

Today i have consumed just over 700 calories. 
Im not pleased with myself. I know to some people 700 calories is not too low..
But i dont want to get into 'starvation mode' as people call it cos you know, ew anorexic... 
And apparently you dont even lose weight? 
idk what to do anymore, it seems ive tried and tried but nothing seems to do 'it' for me..
I know i need to exercise more. So that's gunna be my main goal! Tomorrow i shall do a few workout DVDS. 
Just remembered - im going to the cinema tomorrow - eek. Crap . ill have no control on what i eat - well actually i will . but i will have no control on where i eat. Parentals will decided THAT. 
Hope we dont go out for dinner!! So then i can just skip the whole cinema food. oh thats gonna be hard when EVERYONE else is eating ice-cream, popcorn, sweets and hot dogs!!

Okay!

So today i realised that i have not slapped on moistroiser in weeks! I also noticed that i need to pluck my eye brows and take care of my spotty skin! I have been so involved in 'dieting' when actually my so called diet so far has only made me binge more! That i forgot all about my beauty routine. So Here's what i need to do to get back on track. 
Brush teeth ( obviously ) 
Cleanse, Tone and moistroise face.
Exfoliate Body.
Shave Legs and other areas. 
Pluck and wax eyebrows and any other facial hair.
Paint Nails. 
Apply Fake Tan. 

Okay from tomorrow i shall. 
  • Cleanse, tone and moistroise skin every single day, twice a day. 
  • Exfoliate body once a week 
  • Moistroise body atleast once a day
  • Get in to my bed at 9:30 and read for 30 minutes then turn off light. 
  • Eat a 'good' amount of food and eat healthy! 
  • Exercise every single day according to daily routine. Do extra's if needed.
  • Run/Jog and walk every other day.
  • Take 1 hour a week to Pamper myself silly. 
  • Dont binge. 
  • Be a new me. I shall me Less moody, Fun-er, Quieter, nicer. 
Okay All done. I am excited for tomorrow although i plan to sleep in until ten.

Megan Fox.

I think she is one of the hottest women out there so i am gathering all her diet + workout information i can find  and posting it on here! 

Workout
Megan's 30 minutes of cardio that flattens her ab's. She starts of with Butterfly crunches and then front planks, Then she gets down to business with knee-ups and leg swings and then lastly she does 30 - 45 minutes of pilates or cycling. 

Diet 
Megan is careful about her daily meals and eats a healthy breakfast so she does not overeat during the day. Megan loves eggs and almonds as they keep her full throughout the day. Megan also is a fan of vegetables, fruit and lean protein.

Although that is not a recent source of information! Here is.. 

In an recent interview megan declared that she does not actually do much, she does pilates once a week and does not have a special diet. For transformers she was asked to gain weight and she admits she only used to eat one meal a day before putting on weight for the film. 

My Plan

My 5 factor, 5 week plan!! 

Day 1. 09th july 09. Thursday 
Breakfast: Cereal with  milk and orange juice.
Snack: water and a peach. 
Exercise: 25+ minutes of a workout DVD.
Lunch: Baked potato and beans and diet coke.
Exercise: 25 minutes of bike riding. 
Snack: Yoghurt and water.
Dinner: Chicken and side salad with veggies. 

Day 2. 10th july 09. Friday 
Breakfast: Two slices of toast with cheese and orange juice. 
Exercise: 10  minute run. 500 jumping jacks. 
Snack: Yoghurt and water. 
Exercise: 30 minute bike ride. 
Lunch:  Crackers and cheese and water with cucumber slices.
Snack: Smoothie. 
Exercise: 10 minute bike ride. 
Dinner: Chicken and side salad.

Day 3 11th july 09 Saturday
Breakfast: Cereal with milk and juice.
exercise: 15 minutes jog 
snack: Fruit Bowl andjuice
Lunch: Fish and salad with water. 
exercise: 25+ minutes of workout DVD. 
Snack: Another fruit bowl and water.
Dinner: Spaghetti with grated cheese + diet coke. 

Day 4 12th july 09 Sunday 
breakfast: Cereal with milk and juice. 
snack: fruit and water. 
exercise: 1 minute of situps, 1 minute of lunges, 1 minute of squats.
lunch: soup and water.
exercise: 30 minutes brisk walking. 
snack: fruit and water. 
dinner: Fish with vegetables 

Day 5 13th july 09 Monday
breakfast: Cereal with milk and water. 
exercise: Cheerleading outside for 30 minutes. 
snack: Fruit 
Lunch: Tinned Fruit and juice.
Snack: Crisps
Dinner: Spaghetti

Day 6 14th july 09 tuesday 
breakfast: smoothie 
snack: Yoghurt 
Lunch: Ice cream and diet coke 
exercise: 2 minutes of lunges, 2 minutes of squats, 1 minute of situps. 
snack: fruit
Exercise: 25 minute brisk walk 
dinner: Fish and vegetables

5 Factor Diet

Changed my mind, again. I have been doing my usual diet searching and i been thinking what happens when ive finished the ABC diet.. i will just gain all the weight back on and maybe i will become addicted and then anorexic!! LOL. So i am now going on the 5 factor diet. 

The 5 Factor Diet. 

5 weeks - The Five Factor diet is designed to give you amazing results in five weeks although many people who try it continue it into there lifestyle. 

5 meals - During the diet you eat 5 meals a day so you dont get too hungary or crave things. 

25 minutes - Twenty Five minutes is the duration aimed to workout although of course it would be even better to work out longer, but 25 minutes will do just fine! 

5 ingredients - There are five Major ingredients to be in meals. 

I feel sick, i have eaten sooo much its unreal i mean i feel as although i could puke puke all day! So instead of just trying to eat under 900 calories and workout i am going to do a sort of ABC diet! Its not really the abc diet as i have changed it a bit because i know ill never be able to fast or live on under 300 calories a day. So all my calories are over 300 calories and under 700 calories. Also i shall only be doing it for twenty-two days not fifty because i dont have a great deal of weigh to lose! I shall hopefully lose over 7 pounds on this diet. I will start tomorrow. I must be honest i am not looking forward to it and i honestly i doubt i can go the whole twenty-two days with out exceeding my given daily amount. Tomorrow i am aloud 500 calories. 
So that not so bad. Heres my plan.

Day one. 
Goal calorie intake: 500. Goal calories burnt: 330 . 
9:00 : Orange ( 40 ) 
11:00 Apple ( 60 ) 
1:00 : Yoghurt ( 40 ) 
3:00: Peach ( 46 ) 
5:00 crisps ( 81 ) 
7:00 Soup ( 85 ) Bread ( 100 ) 
9:00 Peach ( 45 ) Strawberry ( 2 ) 
TOTAL: 500. 
exercise: 30 minute brisk walk ( -130 ) 
               15 minute fast run ( - 200 ) 
TOTAL: 160

Day ten.

Breakfast: Weetobix oat bar ( 67 calories ) 
Snack: fruit ( 100 calories )
Lunch: marks + spencers salad ( 100 calories ) + 2  Diet cokes ( 2 ) 
Exercise : 3o minute walk ( -120 calories. ) 
Snacks:2 packets of  Marks + spencer sweet popcorn  ( 110 calories ) 
Exercise: 15 Minute bike ride ( -115 ) Short run. LOL I AM WEAK. ( -45 ) 
dinner: salad i made. ( 60 calories ) Banana ( 90 ) 
snacks: Popcorn ( 55) Biscuit ( 22 )  popcorn ( 55) 


Total calories = 662
- exercise = 382.

Its ment to be my weigh in day tomorrow, but well im not going to weigh myself as i doubt i will have lost anything.. if anything i have gained a pound, maybe two.  I shall weigh  myself when the time comes. When i feel like i Have to weigh myself. i guess it will be a bit of a mystery game, me guessing how much i have lost by looking at my thighs and belly etc. :) I have found an addiction for Salads and 55 calorie per packet popcorn! Hmm this diet might go well after all..

well well well

what i ate today was pretty disgusting. i need a new daily plan.
I am not even going to write what i ate. 
I need to eat healthier and exercise more. 
Tomorrow i shall hopefully cycle 5 miles, do 500 jumping jacks and more.
I feel so unmotivated right now :/

my many goals.

Diet goals. 
Exercise each day for at least 30 minutes but try to do more. 
Drink 2L of water each day. Carry a bottle around with me. 
Consume under 900 calories a day, most days. although dont go over 1,200. 
Dont be a junk food junkie on weekends, but do have one treat e.g mcdonalds.
Dont be greedy, when im full, im full. 

What i want to achieve. 
I would like to weigh 99 pounds. 
I would like to have a thinner body. 
I want to be healthier and have clear skin and healthy hair. 
I want to look good and feel confident. 


Day Eight.

I need to run just that bit more, i can only manage just over 1 mile.  
exercise: Ran 1 mile fast  ( -100 calories ) Walked 1 mile ( -28 ) 
Breakfast: Peach ( 46 ) + diet coke ( 1 ) 
Snack : Black Currant bar ( 67 ) + diet coke ( 1 ) 
Lunch: Cheese and crackers ( 133 ) 
Snack: Black currant bar ( 67 ) Apple ( 75 ) 
Dinner: Baked potato and low calorie ham ( 150 ) Yoghurt ( 100 ) 
Snack: Black currant bar ( 67 ) 
TOTAL : 782. - exercise = 577. 
Exercise: 400 jumping jacks. 10 minutes cycling fast ( -85 )

Day Six.

Not going to record my calories today. Lets just say its 17:30 and i have consumed 675 calories but i will soon be having my dinner = a chinese :p so i am not sure how many calories that will add on. 
Have not done any exercise today although in everyday life i am an active person, i mean i am constantly running around the house, walking and lifting stuff. lmao.

Day five, late..

I am sitting in my 'new' bed in my 'new' room in my new house and i have binged. Yes, it was a few minutes past ten and my stomach was really grumbling and i was starving. I knew it was late so i thought i could hold on and go to bed, but i could not. I was starving so i thought 1 biscuit (22 calories per one ) wont hurt... But i was still hungary so i did not think that an apple would hurt either. I Was still hungary! I was like what the fuck?! BE FULL! But no i suddenly got a craving for a cadburys cream egg and there was one, in the fridge staring back at me.. and i ate it. guess what? i was still hungary!!! so i ate 3 more ( 22 kcal per one ) biscuits. Then i was full. finally. 
So thats like 300 more calories to add on! so ive had about 1,200 today. I feel so stupid. I feel like my motivation for losing weight has gone. I said i would have an early night, but thats obviously not the case. I feel super shit. 

Day Five...

I got up at about 7:20 this morning and weighed myself before breakfast, im still 7 stone 7 thou. Thats Okay though i was not expecting to have lost anything. 
Here is todays progress : 
B: Special k ( 170 ) Bit of an apple ( 20 ) 
L: Special k ( 170 ) fruit ( 45 ) 
S: flake ( 170 ) apples ( 45 ) 
D: one little amount fajita ( 200 ) 
S: yoghurt ( 70 ) cokes ( 4 ) 
E: run/walk ( burnt 120 ) Dancing ( burnt 50 ) = 170.
TOTAL: 899. - 170 = 729. 
Did not realise i had eaten so much today. Was quite shocked. Glad i done some exercise tho. PI burnt more than 170 calories as i was running/walking/ lifting and carrying boxes and heavy bags around as i moved house today :) ! I am going to try not to eat so much tomorrow. Here is tomorrows plan... 
B: special k ( 170 ) 
L: Fruit -  banana + apple. ( 150 ) 
S : Yoghurts ( 70 ) 
D: Something under 300 calories. 
S : a few biscuits ( 66 ) 
E : Not too sure, depends on what i feel like doing.. should burn over 120 calories thou.

Day Four.

I think i have done OK today, Right on my limit. Haven't binged as such but still nowhere near where i wanted to be, anyway here is todays eatings : 
B: Crunchy nut cereal + Toast w/ cheese ( 239 ) 
L: Kit kat + diet irun bru ( 236 ) 
D: Baked potato w/ ham and a slice of whole meal ( 255 ) 
S: Yoghurt ( 48 ) Fruit ( 65 ) Apple ( 63 ) Apples ( 45 ) 
Total : 897

Exercise : None (: haha im a lazy PIE, ;) / . 
Hmm im gunna eat less snacks and not eat so much lunch for tomorrow. 
hmm yeah that should bring it down quite alot :) 
Also i should get off my lazy arse and do some exercise. 
Recently my will to get up and exercise has gone.

Weigh in.

Okay so i said i would weigh myself and say how much ive lost...
2 pounds!
I am extremely pleased about this as i haven't been super strict and in two days - three days
i have lost 2 pounds.
Oh and btw when i said earlier i weighed 7 stone 10 , i was wrong as i actually weighed
7 stone 9 pounds so it brings my weight to : 7 stone 7 pounds.
