Day two.

So here i am on day two, oh i am so committed :) lmao.
Think of done really well today! 
Breakfast 1 slice of white toast and cheese (140) Fruit ( 95 ) 
lunch: diet irun bru ( 3 ) 
dinner: cottage pie ( 288 ) 2  cokes ( 2 ) 
snacks: fruit, (100+54+30)
exercise: 15 minutes of wii ea sports active ( burnt 68 ) +
                15 minutes of dancing ( burnt 62) 

TOTAL : 712. 
NEG TOTAL : 721 - 130 : 581.
