Day Three.

Woke up craving cereal so i had 35g of Special k , hmm yummiest cereal in the word :) 
Here are todays eatings: 
breakfast: 35g of special k ( 180 ) apple ( 60 ) 
Lunch: Flavored water ( 7 ) Pom Pom bear crisps ( 97 ) 
Snack: Apple ( 63 ) 
Dinner: Ham ( 30 ) Small Baked Potato ( 140 ) Hoops ( 105 ) 
Snack : 2 Apples ( 120 ) Fruit salad ( 100 ) 
Xtra Drinks : Diet coke ( 3 ) 
TOTAL: 900 calories. 
exercise: 20 minutes of EA ACTIVE SPORTS on wii. ( burnt 70 calories) 
Today was okay, not my best and not my worst. 
Think i should cut down on my calories tomorrow a abit hopefully not over 800 calories! I need to work out more aswell. 
But all is all ive done alright and i am pleased with myself :) 
Hope i do a bit better tomorrow :)
