Day one..

Ew i totally binged today. i am ashamed to even post this on here, even if barely anyone see's this post. 

Breakfast: orange juice ( 50 kcal ) banana ( 90 kcal ) peach ( 40 kcal ? ) 
Lunch: sandwich ( 255) 
snack  : banana ( 90) rasberries ( 10 ) 
now it turns bad.
dinner : wimpy classic beef burger and chips ( about 500 ) + coke ( 200 ) 
Snacks : kit kat ( 233 ) 4 chocolate biscuits ( 336) 
what a binge ;( 
if you are wondering why i binged its bcos i went to cadonna;s and i was having a good time i totally ditched the whole 'diet' i am disgusted at myself/. 
i only burnt 175 calories aswell :(
feel so shit.
