Yay, i cant count..

Guess what? i cant count!! When i said i weighed 121 pounds i really weighed 118... meaning i weigh 117 today. i am so happy that i cant add up right :)

So yeah 8 and a half stone is 117 pounds... right.?

i didn;t do too well today, i ate too much during school.

I havent done much exercise cos i have a headache..
So yeah i dont feel up too it.

Hope you guys, kept the calories below 1,000 unlike me.

im back on board.

Hey guys, i am actually back on board.
I have eaten okay, so far. i mean its only six o clock...
so im going to stay out of the kitchen so the calorie goodness does not temt me.
I also weight myself today, something i have been putting off for months.
I am 121 pounds.
So its obvious i have put on loads of weight since i started.
I weighed like 109 pounds and now im 121.
I lost control but hopefully im back on it.

Today :/

Breakfast: 1 apple ( 80 )
Lunch: Fudge thing ( 220)
Snack: Pineapple slices ( 86 )
Dinner: Salad, potatoes with chicken ( 400? )
Exercise: 30 minutes cardio exercise.

So its not great but its a start, if i eat less calories at lunch and dinner i'll be goood;)

ABC diet?

I think i will try the ABC diet.... It looks like it will have great results!
So Tomorrow i will eat 500 calories.
Its gonna be a challenge for me, but i know that some days you have to eat as low as 50! So its gonna get a lot harder. i've never eaten anything less than 500 calories before :/.

I doubt i will get any replies with this but anyone wanna do it with me?
U know like a buddy, to motivate each over, speak about how we have done, etc.

Im a fail

ill say it now as i have said it before. i am a fail, at everything. trying to be skinny, My family, school. Even making friends haha. I do have friends, I just am not good with new people. Anyway sorry for not Blogging for FOREVER. Like i have said many many times i am a fail.

And who wants to write about how much they stuff in there face each day & every day of the week? certainly not me.

Heres what i have eaten today. I have done terrible.

Breakfast- one banana 90 calories

Lunch- one panini ( 400? )

Snack- small fruit salad. ( 110 )

Dinner- porridge with a little bit of banana in ( around 300 )

Total: 905. ( including diet coke etc )

Exercise: None. Except from walking to and from school -50 and walking up stairs?

How was everybody's eating today? hope its not as bad as myn's is.
