Ok i suppose its time to get real?:

I am not making any promises but i really hope i am FUReal this time :)

4breakfast- As much fruit as i like, well in reason.
4lunch- A sandwich, with ice burg lettuce, chicken and cucumber.
4 dinner- chicken and vegetables.
4snacks- i will snack on celery stickss .:)
4 exercise- daily i will jog 5 minutes then do sets of lunges+squats And then do another 5minutes and so on. i will do this until i have reached 45 minutes.

Right all set.

Here we go again

im going to stop making excuses for myself like, oh school starts soon i will be busier so i wont eat so much or i eat out of boredom i do. Or mondays a new week, ill start then.

I am a fattie. haha. i weight 8 1/2 stone. so i have put on like nearly a stone since i started my blog. :o I thought this blog was to help me lose weight haha. obviously not then.

Fuck i feel so bloody huge and obese :(

The thing is though- i think about food to much LMAO. i need to just forget about food tbh and only eat when i need to. i eat so much unhealthy stuff just because i cant be bothered to eat healthily but i do love healthy things. i love celery, banana's, ice burg lettuce, apples, melonss and loads more. I cant complain though, i bet most of you with slim toned bodies really have to work at it by eating dead healthy and exercising hours. Im just a lazyy fattie who wont try.LOL.
