School start. please.

I so cant wait for school to start. 
With school for some reason, i eat healthier. So bring on school. i feel ive let myself down though, i had the whole summer to lose weight SIX WEEKS To lose weight. but no i have GAINED weight. so my only wish right now is : school start.! oh and that my dinner would hurry up and be ready. haaahaha.

havnt blogged in a long time.

The reason i haven't blogged in like forever is because i love food to much, i eat when im bored and when im with people who make me happy like friends and family. I know im not fat at a size 8 but still im not confident with myself. when i look in the mirror and like what i see then, then my weight dosnt really matter to me. i haven't weighed myself in donkeys but im almost certain ive gained like a stone. :[ like i usually say mondays a new day. Ill exercise tomorrow. ill ride my bike, for at least 30 minutes. i know thats not heaps but i want to set myself goals that my lazy arse will actually get up and do. I want to eat healthy. so three meals and two snacks, i shall watch my portion sizes and drink at least 1 liter of water a day. Anyway my not so healthy dinner will be ready soon so ill do some beauty 'tips' bcos im bored. 

1. Moisturizer - a ultimate key to smooth and flawless skin. do your face twice a day and body once. You will soon to be spot free in no time.

2. bio-oil  - i love this stuff, its so good. it takes time to show results, you may get results in 3 months but it might be longer. This can reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks and more. apply it twice a day. 

3. fake tan - I love it when i tan from the sun but its hard work sometimes having to lay there when you have things to do or if its really windy and you cant read your more magazine, but fake tan is the key. Don't go cheap by an expensive one and you will get expensive results; Spend time applying as you dont want it to go streaky. I like piz buin color dial right now. 

4. The nude lip. 
I love nude lipstick, its my favorite. It can go with a dark smokey eye look or just a natural mascara &+ eyeliner look. This nude lip is the perfect shade for a natural look on the beach. 

5. Scrub it up. 
Exfoliating is the key to nice smooth legs. Exfoliate once a week and you will soon notice a difference. 

6. Fight the fuzz. 
Nobody likes hairy legs, well i certainly dont. so shave, wax or use a hair removal cream to get those legs smooth and hair free. i currently shave myn, but im not really happy With the results so im planning to try Veet ready to use waxing strips next week. 

7. Heat protection. 
When blow drying, straightening or curling your hair remember always to spray some heat protection all over your hair, i mean you wouldnt want to run hot ghds down your skin so why do it to your hair? although i do use hot styling tools on my hair usually every day i always apply my tressemme heat defence. always.
